(CBCF) has partnered with the National Medical Association (NMA) to present a Professional Development Series (PDS) focusing on the clinical, policy, and social determinants of health. The NMA PDS is held as part of the CBCF’s Annual Legislative Conference which is the leading policy conference on issues impacting African Americans and the global black community. This year’s program will address a number of important issues, recently introduced legislative proposals, and initiatives surrounding the disparities that exist with access to care, redetermination, viability of the physician workforce, physician reimbursement, maternal health and HIV/AIDS.
